Remove dip in asphalt pavement at Lakemont Blvd and Golf Club Road, replace with CSBC, Geogrid, and new asphalt. Remove asphalt and install layers of Geofoam blocks and pave over with new asphalt at Lakemont Blvd and 164th Ave. Install new water main, channelization, and a mini-roundabout at 164th Ave and Newport Way.
