Project provides for the installation of 12,000 LF of 4-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch water main, 12,400 LF of 8-inch sewer main and 1,700 LF stormwater main throughout the west half (Phase II) of Capitol City Golf Club Estates from 66th Ave SE to Yelm Highway SE. Work includes water and sewer service lines, meters, valves, hydrants, connections to existing water and sewer systems, water and sewer main abandonments, decommissioning of existing septic systems, drainage structures, plumbing work, pavement, lawn restoration, and other work.
