This Contract provides for the improvement of the existing culverts at 54th Avenue East and 8th Street East by replacing the existing twin 68-inch culverts with a box culvert, including reconstruction of 54th Avenue East and 8th Street East in the vicinity of the culvert crossing, including utility coordination, and the replacement of the culverts in the vicinity of 54th Avenue 50 East and 4th Street East and other work.
